Our institution conducted bridge course for Ist year B.Ed., students. Before entering into the course Mrs. Senthamarai, Asst. Prof in Zoology gave entry behavior test to the students. It was all about general subject and knowledge.
First class was taken by Mrs. S. Devi, Asst. Prof in English and she explained about communication skills and its importance as well as the basic grammar. Our Bon Secours College of Education arranged skill trainer Mr.V.Anbumani who is expert in communication and presentation skills.

More tasks were conducted for the students.They clearly understood about communication skills.

Asst. Prof in Computer Science, taught about MS office and its format.
Student teachers gained up knowledge through power point presentation. Then

, Asst.Prof in Mathematics, taught puzzles, tricks behind Mathematics, Mrs. Victoria, Asst.Prof taught about re–arranging words in a technical way, it was very interesting. Mrs. Ramajayam, Asst.Prof

Mrs. Rajalakshmi, Asst. Prof in Commerce explained about time management. Mr.Aantony samy, Asst.Prof in Zoology explained about qualities of a good teacher, challenges for the teacher. Students were able to gain their skills through this bridge course. They felt very useful, informative, challenging workshop. This course was a “Bridge between staffs and student-teachers.
